Stephanie Fierman

Consulting Partner for Reputation Strategy and Leadership

In a world that’s at once more transparent, demanding, and ruthlessly fast-moving, Stephanie Fierman brings the experience, insight and bottom-line orientation of a seasoned corporate CMO and general manager to the work of helping clients build trust and improve reputational performance.

Stephanie has over 20 years of experience at F50 corporations including Time Warner, Citigroup and JPMorgan Chase, as well as several new ventures. Her passions lie in helping enterprises develop exceptional decision-making capabilities, sustainable marketing and branding architectures and productive public relations, crisis communications and messaging strategies.

Balancing her commitment to the commercial sector, Stephanie is also active in community and global non-profit leadership. Like Reputation Garage founder Jarvis Cromwell, she is a founding member of the CMO Club and has long-standing pro-bono relationships with organizations including the New York Foundation for the Arts and The Creative Coalition.

Stephanie is a Harvard Business School Baker Scholar and completed her undergraduate studies at The University of Pennsylvania magna cum laude. She has been profiled extensively on the Web, and frequently speaks at conferences and events when not looking for storage space in her too-small apartment in New York City.
