A 20-year veteran in the use of analytical tools to solve real-world business problems, Dr. Sri Raghavan works with top global brands on marketing, performance, pricing and database projects. Management guru C.K Prahalad used Sri’s work in a best practice case for his book, “The New Age of Innovation,” chosen by BusinessWeek as one of the best business books for 2008.

He is a former Senior Vice President of Revenue Management and Analytics at Group RCI (a division of Wyndham Worldwide, the hospitality company). Prior to Group RCI, Sri was with i2 Technologies as a Director of Business Development. At i2 Sri established the Consumer Goods and Retail Vertical Supply Chain Practice, where he worked with numerous Fortune 100 clients to design and build state of the art analytics solutions. Sri also has spent time with Kurt Salmon Associates, a management-consulting firm focused on retail and consumer goods.

Sri’s leadership roles have cut across important operational areas, including marketing, inventory management, revenue management, sales and strategy. He has had a long-term interest in the transactional and exchange properties of trust and believes that the dynamics of social media will make trust one of the 21st century’s most important business metrics. He focuses on generating meaningful and highly differentiated performance-based applications that result in immediate ROI and, more importantly, lasting and sustainable competitive advantage for the business.

Sri received his PhD in Business Management from Temple and lives in New Jersey with his wife and family.
